Brownies

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup cocoa
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped walnut

Icing
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine flour, baking powder and salt (set aside).

Combine melted butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend dry mix into moist mixture. Add nuts, and pour batter into a greased 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350F degrees for 35 minutes or until it just starts to pull away from sides.

ICING: melt butter in saucepan with milk on medium/low. Combine cocoa with sugar and stir into milk mixture. Add vanilla and let cool till spreading consistency (will be runny at first).

Carrot cheese cake

Since i loikes cheese so much…. carrot cheese cake is my favourite….

INGREDIENTS
3/4 pound carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
2/3 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
2/3 cup ground pecans
1/3 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, diced and softened
4 eggs
1/4 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, and cook carrots until very tender about 45 minutes. Drain cooked carrots. Return them to a moderate heat for a minute or so to cook off excess moisture.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, gingersnap crumbs, 2/3 cup ground nuts, and sugar; toss well. Work in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat over bottom and up sides of a buttered 9 inch springform pan. Bake the crust for 7 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Transfer carrots to food processor and puree for 30 seconds. Scrape down side, and puree again until absolutely smooth. Add brown sugar, ginger, lemon juice, orange zest, cinnamon, mace and allspice to the processor, and puree for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides, and repeat. Let mixture stand until cool.
Add cream cheese to cooled carrot mixture, and puree for 1 minute; scrape down sides every 20 seconds. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour batter into crust, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
Bake for about 50 minutes; cake tester will come out clean. Let cool. Cover loosely, and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving

1 sudu kecil baking powder
Chocolate rice sbg hiasan

Cairkan coklat menggunakan kaedah double boiler.Masukkan butter.Tutup api
Pukul telur,masukkan gula,tepung kek,baking powder
Masukkan adunan telur dalam coklat tadi
Masukkan dlm cup.Taburkan chocolate rice.Bakar dlm suhu 180 degree selama 20 minit

few years ago, I recruited an executive to run a mid-level company. The night before he was supposed to start his new job, the executive called to say he was staying put. The board of directors at his current company–a major multinational retailer–had offered to name him CEO in one year’s time.

I was aghast, but my former candidate could hardly envision a better scenario. He had leveraged an offer to run a mid-sized company and used it to land the coveted top spot at a retailing giant. No greater career coup exists, right?

Wrong.

After three tumultuous years as CEO, my former candidate was fired. This executive was not yet ready to run such a large organization. Had he accepted the job at the smaller company, he could have gained the necessary experience to successfully run a major multinational in due time.

Instead, he lured his company into a bidding war and forced the board to make a rash decision about retention in the name of corporate competition. As a result, his career ultimately suffered a mortal blow, not to mention the damage he caused shareholders, who watched their stock drop as a result of his inexperience.

Unable to land another CEO position, he took an early retirement.

In my 25 years of experience, I have learned that accepting a counter-offer is usually career suicide. Watching your boss scramble to keep you may be a heady experience, but in exchange for that sweet moment, you’ll have squandered your honor, a sacrifice that will haunt you for many years. Even more troubling, you may never know exactly when or to what extent your reputation has been sullied.

There’s a good chance hiring executives might blacklist you from other employment opportunities. Aside from refusing to ever hire you again, executives have long memories and will bad mouth you any chance they get.
I remember sitting on a plane with a group of retail executives when someone mentioned, by name, a seasoned retailer. The group listened intently as one of the executives launched into an unflattering tale of how the employee had used the executive’s perfectly good job offer as a bargaining chip for a fat buyback. By being dishonest with one company, the employee harmed his reputation with all of the executives on that flight.

Whenever I deliver a short list for a top job to one of my clients, I feel obligated to mention which potential candidates have accepted buyback offers in the past. Often my client will choose not to proceed with one of these people. Remember: Recruiters never forget a buyback, and computer files help us immensely.

Bosses don’t forget either. Initially, the company that retained you delights in winning you back from the competition. But after perhaps six months, management will begin resenting you for essentially extorting money or power from the firm.

A bitter taste of disloyalty lingers. Now you’re tacitly expected to perform like a new hire, proving yourself all over again to justify your new salary or position. You had better be up to the task.

Anytime you use a new job offer as a bargaining chip with your boss, there’s always a risk you’ll lose the bet. Next thing you know, you’re sitting in a strange office, having left a trail of ill will in your wake.

To be fair, counter-offers can provide an opportunity for employees to voice issues or concerns about their jobs. When you are recruited for another job, ask yourself: What are the pros and cons of my current position? If the negatives outweigh the positives, you simply must leave. However, you may decide you genuinely like your position, aside from one or two problems, in which case it’s time to have an open, honest conversation with your boss–before you accept the offer .

Down the road, such a conversation will be far more valuable if you choose not to force your boss into a buyback offer. You will retain your reputation for honesty, and, in my experience, this will serves you far better than a single raise or promotion ever could.

Steak Daging
1 kilo daging batang pinang(dipotong ikut saiz daging steak)
Resepi untuk kuahnya:
10 ulas bawang putih
segenggam lada hitam(ikut selera masing masing)
4 sudu besar mayonis
1 sudu besar kicap ikan
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1 kiub perasa daging
sedikit serbuk perasa
Resepi untuk diperap dengan daging:
2 sudu besar sos ikan
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
sedikit serbuk perasa
diperap dengan daging selama beberapa jam.

CARA MEMBUATNYA: (KUAH)
Tumbuk lada hitam hingga lumat,kemudian masukkan bawang putih .
Tumis bahan bahan ini hingga naik bau.
Masukkan 1 cawan air, diikuti dengan sos ikan,sos tiram dan kiub perasa daging.
Setelah menggelegak masukkan mayonis,kacau hingga sebati dan masukkan serbuk perasa
Setelah sedikit pekat,bolehlah diankat.

Daging bolehlah dibakar diatas kuali tanpa minyak,bakar separuh masak.
Selepas itu tuangkan kuah adi diatas daging tersebut.

Dulu rajin gak makan chicken chop kat the ship kg baru…. murah n bley ar tahan… tapi baru2 nie gie… rasa dah kureng sket plak chicken chop dia…

Chicken Chop

Untuk ayam:
1. 2 dada ayam dan 2 drumstick ayam (pilih yang leper sikit).
2. Air halia (halia ditumbuk dan dicampurkan sedikit air).
3. Garam.
Bersihkan ayam dan direbus bersama bahan 2 dan 3 di dalam periuk dan biarkan 30 minit dengan api yang perlahan.

Untuk perap: (bahan A)
1. 2 sudu jintan manis ditumbuk halus
2. 2 sudu lada hitam ditumbuk halus
3. 3 sudu serbuk roti atau breadcrumbs (optional)
4. 3 ulas bawang merah ditumbuk halus
5. 3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk halus
6. 2 inci halia ditumbuk halus
7. Sedikit gula dan garam serta lada sulah
8. Sedikit minyak sesame (minyak bijan)
9. Sedikit tepung jagung dan sedikit air
Bahan-bahan ini digaul dan ditepikan sementara itu.

Untuk sos mayonaise:
1. 2 sudu makan mayonaise cap lady’s choice (perasa lada sulah)
2. � kobis bulat dipotong halus
3. 1 ulas bawang besar
4. Sedikit air
Gaulkan bahan-bahan di atas dan dicampurkan air sehingga cair mengikut kecairan yang anda suka. Nak cair tambah le banyak air. Nak pekat sos tu, letak sikit air. Pandai-pandai le ikut suka hati. Kalau saya, tak terlalu cair atau tak terlalu pekat.

Dua biji telur dan sedikit garam dipukul.

Cara membuatnya:
Ayam yang direbus tadi, ditoskan dan di ketuk sampai penyek. Kemudian perapkan dengan bahan untuk perap (bahan A) dan tunggu le sampai 15 minit.
Bila dah diperap, celurkan ayam tersebut di dalam telur yang dipukul tadi. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak. Sekadar tenggelam ayam tu. Angkat dan keringkan minyak itu.

Hidangkan dengan sos mayonaise tadi dengan kentang goreng.

time kat kedai je bley nak order pelik2 … sbb tak reti nak masak … heheh… sesape yang suka makan paprik… ape lagik… sila lah try.. bley lah nak tukar ayam tue pada seafood…

PAPRIK AYAM

Bahan-bahan
300gm ayam dipotong kecil dan dibersihkan
sehiris halia
beberapa helai daun limau purut
bunga kobis, acang panjang, karot, putik jagung
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Tumbuk
3 biji cili merah
4 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih

Cara-cara
• Ayam direbus bersama halia, sedikit garam. Air jangan terlalu banyak.
• Tumiskan bahan yang ditumbuk sehingga masak dan nampak minyak dah naik, agak2 macam dah nak kering.
• Masukkan ayam bersama air rebusannya. Kalau nak berkuah masukkan air. Oleh kerana ayam dah direbus kita tak perlu masakterlalu lama.
• Masukkan daun limau perut bersama-sama sayur yang dah dipotong.
• Agak sayur tak terlalu keras, dan dah bau daun limau purut, bolehlah angkat dan hidangkan.

8 ketul kepak ayam yang telah dibersihkan

Bahan untuk diperap
3 sudu mayonis
3 sudu marjerin daisy
sedikit kicap pekat
sedikit kicap masin

lada hitam yangditumbuk
sedikit lada sulah
bawang kisar
bawang putih
daun bawang dan daun saderi
garam secukup rasa

Cara-caranya;
1)panaskan margerin dan mayonis
2)satukan dengan semua bhan yang diperap dengan kepak ayam tadi dan biarkan 2 jam
3)Kemudian keringkan ayam dengan tisu
4)Boleh digoreng dengan munyak yang panas
5)Boleh dihidang bersama nasi yang panas

Ingredients:
1 kilo kepak ayam
2 sudu makan pes bawang putih
3 sudu makan pes halia
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
1 sudu makan sos tiram
1/4 sudu teh pewarna kuning
100 gram tepung goreng siap segera(untuk ayam)
2 sudu makan tepung kentang
secukup serbuk perasa ataupun stok ayam

Bahan-bahan utk sos:
2 sudu makan mentega
1 sudu makan pes halia
1 sudu makan pes bawang putih
2 sudu makan serbuk lada hitam kasar
2 sudu makan madu

Directions:
Cuci kepak ayam dan toskan airnya.Gaul kepak ayam dengan semua bahan di atas rata-rata dan perap antara 30 minit dengan satu jam.
Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan goreng kepak ayam secara terendam.Toskan minyaknya.
Siram kepak ayam yang sudah digoreng dengan sos madu.

Cara utk membuat Sos:
Panaskan mentega dan tumis pes halia dan pes bawang putih hingga kekuningan, kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan lain. Bila sudah masak, siram pada ayam goreng.

Bahan-bahannya
2 cawan jus tomato
½ cawan mentega
¼ cawan bawang besar, dicincang halus
1/3 cawan sos tomato
1 sudu teh garam
½ sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 ulas bawang putih, dicincang
1 sudu besar sos Worchestershire
1 sudu teh sos tobasco (yang pedas tu)
2 pound daging lembu, potong dadu 1 inci
200 gram cendawan butang segar, buang batangnya
tomato ceri secukupnya
1 biji bawang besar, dibelah empat
1 biji capsicum hijau, potong 1 inci persegi
lidi satay secukupnya (sebaik-baik lidi satay direndam dengan air, jadi bila dibarbeku lidi tak mudah patah)

Cara-caranya
Panaskan kuali, campurkan jus tomato, mentega, bawang, sos tomato, garam, lada hitam, bawang putih, sos Worcestershire dan sos tobasco. Biarkan ia reneh selama 30 minit. Angkat dari atas api dan biarkan ia sejuk. Cucuk daging, cendawan, tomato ceri, bawang dan lada capsicum ke lidi yang telah direndam air. Bila hendak barbeku, sos yang dimasak tadi disapukan dan barbeku.

Macaroni

Lagi resipi makaroni goreng yg aku jumpa… nie versi byk sayur… bgs untuk kesihatan

Bahan:
500grm makaroni
200grm daging cincang
1 batang lobak merah
200grm kubis(hiris)
200grm sawi(kerat-kerat)
200grm tauge(bersihkan)
4 sudu makan sos tomato
secukup garam dan gula
25 tangkai lada kering
8 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu makan ketumbar
1/2 sudu teh jintan halus
1/2 sudu teh jintan kasar
minyak,air

Directions:
Didihkan secukup air dan garam, 2 sudu makan minyak dan rebus makaroni di dalamnya hingga kembang.Toskan.

Kisar lada kering, bawang merah,bawang putih,ketumbar,jintan halus dan jintan kasar.

Panaskan 1/2 cawan minyak dan tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar hingga naik bau.Masukkan daging dan sedikit air jika perlu. Tumis hingga semua bahan rata.

Masukkan sos tomato,garam,gula,kubis,lobak merah,sawi dan tauge.Tumis lagi hingga rata.

Akhir sekali masukkan makaroni dan rasalah garam dan gulanya.

Hidangkan selagi panas.
